And he set:
"And these [are] the singers, chief of the fathers of the Levites, [who remaining] in the chambers [were] free: for they were employed in [that] work day and night." {1Ch 9:33} + "And David spake to the chief of the Levites to appoint their brethren [to be] the singers with instruments of musick, psalteries and harps and cymbals, sounding, by lifting up the voice with joy. ... Gad:
"For when David was up in the morning, the word of the LORD came unto the prophet Gad, David's seer, saying," {2Sm 24:11} + "And the LORD spake unto Gad, David's seer, saying," {1Ch 21:9} + "Now the acts of David the king, first and last, behold, they [are] written in the book of Samuel the seer, and in the book of Nathan the prophet, and in the book of Gad the seer," {1Ch 29:29}
Nathan:
"That the king said unto Nathan the prophet, See now, I dwell in an house of cedar, but the ark of God dwelleth within curtains. ... And it came to pass that night, that the word of the LORD came unto Nathan, saying," {2Sm 7:2-4} + "And the LORD sent Nathan unto David.
