O LORD, thou [art] our God; let not man prevail against thee." {2Ch 14:9-11} + "And said, O LORD God of our fathers, [art] not thou God in heaven? and rulest [not] thou over all the kingdoms of the heathen? and in thine hand [is there not] power and might, so that none is able to withstand thee?" {2Ch 20:6} + "O our God, wilt thou not judge them? for we have no might against this great company that cometh against us; neither know we what to do: but our eyes [are] upon thee." {2Ch 20:12} + "There is no king saved by the multitude of an host: a mighty man is not delivered by much strength." {Psa 33:16}
with you golden:
"And he ordained him priests for the high places, and for the devils, and for the calves which he had made." {2Ch 11:15} + "Whereupon the king took counsel, and made two calves [of] gold, and said unto them, It is too much for you to go up to Jerusalem: behold thy gods, O Israel, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt." {1Kg 12:28} + "But hast done evil above all that were before thee: for thou hast gone and made thee other gods, and molten images, to provoke me to anger, and hast cast me behind thy back:" {1Kg 14:9} + "Thy calf, O Samaria, hath cast [thee] off; mine anger is kindled against them: how long [will it be] ere they attain to innocency? ... For from Israel [was] it also: the workman made it; therefore it [is] not God: but the calf of Samaria shall be broken in pieces." {Hsa 8:5-6} - Cross Reference Bible Search
